Discard stops the recording and marks this call declined; the audio is
deleted the moment it arrives and is never transcribed. You can keep
talking and hang up normally when done.
The phone session needs a refresh (about once a day).
Safety net either way: a call nobody answers within about 20 seconds
gets transferred to your cell. Calls answered through THAT transfer
are not recorded — take notes by hand if one slips through.
